What are the advantages of you doing my mailing for me?

How do you get postage discounts for me?

In the simplest terms we run your database through our specialist software and providing that your mailing qualifies for a discount, we pre-sort, bag and label your mail which helps Royal Mail and they pass on a discount to us which we pass on to you in full.

What notice do you require to do a mailing for me?

It’s always good to book in as soon as you know that you have a mailing to go out but we pride ourselves on being extremely flexible and will do whatever we can to accommodate your needs.

Do you have a minimum quantity?

No we handle all mailings no matter how small or large.

Is all the work done in-house?

For complete confidentiality and security all mailing processes, from receiving your data to despatch into the Royal Mail system, are done on our premises. If you require the design and printing of brochures or leaflets this is managed through our carefully selected design and printing partners.

Do you only send out letters?

No we do order fulfilment too, you send us your customer orders and we despatch them for you, for example books, cd’s, board games, jewellery to name but a few.
