Data Management

We can receive data via email or on CD and have specialist software to manage databases of most formats. Some of our clients work from a number of different databases and may need us to merge files together in order to qualify for postage discounts. Sometimes we receive one database and are asked to extract specific data records from the database and put them into separate files. This is particularly useful if you want to mail groups of people with different personalised letters.

The de-duping of a database is a very important part of a mailing campaign especially if files have been merged together as there can be duplicate records. Removing them will ensure that the recipient does not receive duplicate mailings and also eliminate unnecessary postage costs.

We are registered with the Data Protection Act and it goes without saying that complete confidentiality is assured.
